Bandaid helps healers maximize the effectiveness of their AoE heals by calculating the number of players that will be affected and estimating the efficacy of the heal. These numbers are exposed as global variables and are intended to be displayed using addons that support custom Lua scripts such as WeakAuras or TellMeWhen.
Blizzard Raid Frames - Indicators

Some simple options lets you select to show only if the buff is missing, only cast by you, stack sizes and more. As an added bonus there's also an option to turn off the standard buff/debuff icons.
Can't Heal You
Can't Heal You will automatically whisper people who you try to heal or buff, but who move out of your range or aren't in line of sight. That way, they know you're trying, and can possibly move to help you heal them.

Healium provides a customizable, intuitive, compact, no-clutter interface optimized to make it easy to heal. Healium places your healing spells onto buttons right next to each person's healthbar. The buttons will cast the heal on the person they are beside of, without the need for you to target the person first. Player healthbar's are compact and close to each other which reduces the amount of screen space you have to look over to monitor the party's health. The healing buttons are very close by, minimizing the space you have to move your mouse, and thus the time required, to cast the heal. Unlike other healing focused addons, Healium does not require you to set up complex key combinations (shift, ctrl, and alt) to cast your heals. In Healium, you just click a healing button next to the person's health bar. There is no memorization of key combinations required, or even allowed!
When enabled, damage taken bars will appear beside each player and party unit frame. These bars increase with the amount of damage a player in the party receives, changing colors from green to yellow to red upon death. When in a raid, damage taken bars will appear beside the name of everyone in the raid for quick and easy monitoring. A range checking option also gives the ability to focus on party and raid members within range.
