PhanxBuffs
PhanxBuffs is a basic replacement for the default UI’s buff, debuff, and temporary enchant (weapon buff) frames. It looks and acts basically like the default buff frames, with a few improvements: Buff and debuff icons are sorted by their remaining duration, Text timers are shown only when less than 30 seconds remain on the buff or debuff, Weapon buff icons can show the spell or item that buffed your weapon, instead of the weapon itself, Buff tooltips show the name of the party or raid member who cast the buff on you, Buffs or debuffs you never want to see can be hidden (eg. Chill of the Throne), Basic configuration options are available.

SnowfallBuffs
This is an addon that organizes player buffs. The main feature of the addon is that buffs tend to stay put. Just because buffs are added or canceled is no reason for other uninvolved buffs to continually be jumbling all around. The addon does not replace the Blizzard buff frame. It simply changes the ordering of the buff icons.
Did you ever wish that your player buffs in the upper right corner of your screen could be tamed a bit so that they didn't jump all around as buffs were added or removed? Have you ever tried to cancel a buff by right-clicking it just to have another buff jump in and take its place at the last second? Do you like the Blizzard buff frame just fine but wish the buffs weren't so flighty? This may be the addon for you.

Ellipsis
Ellipsis is an addon that features multi-target DoT and HoT tracking for spells that you cast on other people. It has support for all classes and can additionally be configured to track Cooldowns as well. Scans your target and focus for spells you can cast (as well as your pet's target and your group mates targets should you have either); and once found, it makes a timer for it.
WoWInterface
Timers
Lets you create a list of specific timers to track on yourself, a target, your pet or your focus. The bars you make always exist and show up as red if the buff/debuff is missing. This makes it easy to determine if you need to reapply a buff or dot. Buffs, cooldowns and debuffs can be intermingled. This means as a hunter you can track your Explosive Shot cooldown right above the Serpent Sting dot on a target. Or a Death Knight can have Unholy Blight right next to Frost Fever. The bars all use absolute time scales. You can set the scaling factor in the configuration window, but the actual time is always absolute. This means whichever bar is closest to empty will expire first which allows you to look ahead and make a smart decision on which ability to use next based on the order that buffs and debuffs will expire.
Curse
XanDebuffTimers
Displays the debuffs you've casted on the CURRENT target as individual timers, The bars will be arranged from largest to smallest amount of time remaining on the debuff, The actual time left will be displayed to the left of the bar's spell icon, The bar will change colors according to the time left for the debuff, Debuff Stack count will be displayed on the bottom right of the spell icon.

Buff/DeBuff/Proc Trackers
Auracle
Auracle's capabilities are organized roughly into "trackers", "windows" and "styles".
The most important of these is the "tracker", each of which can monitor a list of multiple auras (either buffs or debuffs, but not both at the same time). When any of those (de)buffs are found, the tracker lights up (or changes visually in any number of other interesting and configurable ways).
A "window" is just a collection of trackers that all watch the same unit. On a fresh installation, Auracle provides one window that watches "target", so any trackers in that window will activate according to the (de)buffs on your current target. You can create as many windows as you want, and each one can watch any unit you want (player, pet, focus, etc).
The visual aspects of windows and trackers are controlled by "styles". There is always a "Default" style (one each for windows and trackers), and you can create as many additional styles as you want.

BuffWarn
BuffWarn, based on your settings, will monitor buffs, debuffs and cooldowns that you have and then trigger warnings when the condition is met. Spell Cooldowns and Debuff tracking is now implemented. I've noticed a lot of addons that only monitor one buff or debuff (such as Inner Fire for priests). BuffWarn can monitor any buff/cooldown/debuff. As long as Blizzard's internal api stays consistent BuffWarn is future proof and should last up until level 80 and beyond.

Curse
DebuffFilter
This addon is to filter out the debuffs and buffs you don't care about. If you melee, you can filter out everything but CoR, FF, and Sunder. If you're a caster, you can just show debuffs like CoE and Winter's Chill. Healers can filter out everything but their buffs and HoTs, etc.
WoWInterface
DotTracker
Reminds you when you need to recast dots & debuffs. DotTracker is designed to stay out of your way when you log into a character of a class it doesn't track. Thus removing the annoyance of turning an addon on & off every time you switch characters. DotTracker stores settings by spec for each toon, so you can design setups for each spec for each character.
Curse
EventAlert
The addon will notify you in the middle of your screen with an icon, name of the spell that has procced, the time left on the proc and will make a subtle sound. EventAlert is also able to handle more than one proc at a time. The mod should work on install without any config, but if you wish to change any options use the following command: /ea options

It's especially useful for monitoring frequently used short-duration buffs and debuffs. For example, a rogue could configure NeedToKnow to show timer bars for Slice and Dice, Rupture, and their own stack of Deadly Poison VII. NeedToKnow also works with procs and on-use trinkets. The number, size, position, and color of timer bars are all customizable.

Paladin Buffer is meant to simplify the assigning and managing both greater and single blessings... and there's not really much to it besides that. Includes a small buff status frame to see what the lowest greater and single blessing is overall and per class, the ability to buff individual classes through it as well as a key binding to smart greater and single buffing people, however you cannot use the buffing features in combat due to Blizzard limitations. PolMonitor GE
This addon helps you make sure you have all the buffs you should have, that your target and focus target have the debuffs they should have, and that you're using your spell and item cooldowns as often as possible. It does this by letting you set up monitors for the buffs, debuffs, spells/skills and items you're interested in. The monitors appear visually as standard action buttons on the screen.
When everything is ok (you have the monitored buff, your target has the debuff, the cooldown is running, ..) the corresponding button is faded out. When something is missing or the cooldown is up the button becomes fully opaque, signaling that something needs to be done. Buttons that represent skills/spells/items you have can be clicked to trigger the appropriate action.

Proc Borders
This mod makes it easier to notice procs that create a temporary buff by putting a colored border around spells affected by the buff.
